Just so you know all the minorities you hate make this mod and if that offends you, you can get the fuck out.

That rule basically means, if we kicked you off the staff due to you doing things you're not supposed to do, unprofessional behavior, etc, you are not eligible to re-apply. In this case that is why you were dismissed and thus you are not eligible to re-apply.
