Reason for Ban: Transphobia
Additional Comments: We were talking about how TF2 was better in the 2007-2010 era and how it became a cesspool of activism regardless of what it was political, religious or other kind of activism today. Transright activism was the first thing that came to my mind and i may have used raw words to describe it, sorry if offended someone.

Thank you for your rapid answer.

Indeed, i used an alternative account for ban evasion, didn't know it would get me a permanent ban. I don't understand why tho, since i can always use another account and a VPN to access the official servers.

In which case we will contact your ISP. If you didn’t know ban evading a ban would result in a perm ban, then you should have read our rules. If we just let people evade their bans, it would defeat the purpose of a ban.

Indeed, but the thing i don't understand is that permanent bans from ban evasion are not appealable. And a new steam account and a VPN can still defeat the purpose of a ban. If you feel the need to contact my ISP then do it, i won't stop playing on your servers just because i'm permanently banned for ban evasion.

They're not appealable because they're a violation of our rules, and is not different from violate a service or websites ToS. Whether you agree with this or not is irrelevant. Continuing to access our services after you no longer have permission to do so is almost certainly a violation of your ISP's terms of service, and likely also a violation of international cybercrime law.

I'm no longer directly accessing your services, i'm accessing a vpn that is accessing your services. I don't think i'm breaking any rules that way, and even if it was a violation, or a "cybercrime", i'm pretty sure nobody cares about it since there are tons of way worse cybecrimes commited everyday. I'm not robbing someone or destroying something, i'm just playing a mod of a videogame, i played 3 hours on VaultF4s servers yesterday and everything was cool, not dooing anything wrong.
 
Paying money to bypass a ban on a free mod of a videogame is fuckin wild my dude. There are tens of thousands of videogames to play. We're putting a big ole NOT WELCOME sign in the yard pointed specifically at you, asking you to play literally anything else, or simply play on another community's servers. Please go away.

Who says i'm paying money ? There are good VPNs that are able to hold P2P connectivity for free.

Indeed, there are ten of thousands of videogames, TF2C is one of them, and i want to play it. I wouldn't mind my permaban if there were other active vanilla community servers, but unfortunately thats not the case.

The only active TF2C servers are : VaultF4's and Knockout's. But knockouts got too much addons on their servers and i don't want to download them.

I'm honest with you, i could have been playing on your servers without saying anything but i admit that i'm ban evading on VaultF4s servers because i think that the rules are too strict, and strict rules means nothing if you can't enforce them.

I just wanted to be unbanned because playing with a VPN slightly increase my ping, and i like to have the best ping possible 😊

Me saying that i'm glad there is no activism on tf2c and talking about one of them which is Trans-activism with raw words doesn't make me a transphobe. Why would i fear them anyway. You don't try to understand what happened, You just think with your emotions and that just show how immature you are.

The rules state that "The length of the ban will depend on the severity of the evasion", what did they mean by that ? What kind of severity are we talking about ? My comments weren't even transphobe, just raw, got a 3 day for "transphobia" then a perma on both account for ban evasion, i just think this is too much.

Even if i'm not welcome, i still want to play TF2C, we might play angainst each other, or maybe together. 😁

Game is awesome, but moderation is too hard.
