HELP MY TF2C CRASH EVERY TIME

When i lunch the game, the game crashes and says this "Could not load library client. Try restarting. If that dosent work, verify the cache."

I tried to verify the Source SDK 2013 CACHE and i still have this problem.

Under the Steam Tools tab, right-click Source SDK 2013 Multiplayer -> Properties -> Betas -> pick "beta_test"
