Reason for Ban: General Toxicity, I insulted a lot of people in text chat.
Additional Comments: I want to change my 2 week server ban to permanent mute, so this behavior of mine will not repeat.

Nevermind, upgrade my ban to permanent, because I'm stupid douchebag, bozo and I should kill myself.

I will apologize for the delay as I was on vacation for a few days.

As it stands I have no problem extending a ban at your explicit request should you think a permanent mute would be helpful to you, but that would not affect the duration of the original punishment as issued; I skimmed the ticket and can confirm it was issued for general toxicity, including the use of slurs and telling other players to kill themselves. The duration is in line with a second infraction, so I am not seeing sufficient reason to overturn it at this time.
