[Resolved] Ban Appeal

It was just jokes. No slurs were said and there was no harassment. You could argue the jokes made people uncomfortable, but there were no signs of that either. I think the map changing to mountain lab was more offensive than anything I said

On review of the specifics of these "jokes" your ban duration has been increased to permanent for the use of slurs and other bigoted comments directed at a specific player.

We don't tolerate racist behaviour or targeted harassment in our servers and this is clearly outlined in our server rules.

Your ban will not be eligible for appeal until 1 year from the date it was issued, in this case Feb 1, 2026.

so why are we lying now? slurs? bigoted comments? directed at a specific player? this never happened. lying as if i wasnt there. youre not even the mod that banned me. if this nothingburger equivalent to bread thievery warrants a permanent ban then i suppose you execute anyone whos actually racist via firing squad. unbeliveable.

I don't have to be there because we document reasons for bans so that senior staff can review what transpired exactly for situations like this. I don't have to be there, and it most certainly _did_ happen. If you don't agree with the consequences for breaking our server rules then I suggest you find a community more tolerant of your shenanigans.

We have it on reasonable authority the first two were directed at someone after they had stated they were Jewish... and the second one clearly demonstrates you were aware of, and decided to break the rules anyway.
