I want to genuinely apologize for my actions. Before I was banned, I honestly didn’t care much about my nickname. I didn’t think about how it might affect people or the server, and I’m really sorry for any offense or confusion it may have caused. I wasn’t trying to break any rules or create a toxic environment, I just wasn’t paying attention to the impact of my choices.

It’s been a while since then, I understand now that I should have been more mindful and that my actions affected the community. I do respect the server rules, and if given the chance to come back, I’ll make sure to be much more careful moving forward.

I really miss playing here, and I’d appreciate the opportunity to return. I assure you that I’ve learned from this mistake, and I won’t repeat it. Thanks for taking the time to review my appeal.

It's been brought to my attention that there is a very high probability your appeal was written using an AI tool. I'm inclined to agree since it's all puff, has no substance, and sounds like what someone would write when trying to construct what they think we want to hear in an appeal.

We don't generally ask for much beyond some sign that the person has taken the time and made some effort to reflect on the reason for their ban and is therefore unlikely to re-offend.

Using a language model to write your appeal for you is neither, and don't think for a minute we've forgotten how you behaved when your last appeal was rejected, which you also conveniently forgot to address here.

If I really wanted to use ai to write it, I would've at least used an ai detector bypass to cover it. Also, it might sound so unnatural because I used Google Translate because my English is not perfect at all. I'm Polish specifically from the Lodz Voivodeship.

I wanted to keep a professional tone too, I like formality.
I really want to play again, I promise that I won't break server rules again.

We've discussed your appeal internally and while we don't entirely buy that it wasn't AI written, the conclusion of the discussion was that the original ban is old enough that we are willing to offer a second chance.

However, this is not a clean slate: please note that your ban _will_ remain on record with us and will likely be taken into consideration if there are any future violations of our community rules. In particular, repeats or similar behaviour to the incident you were originally banned for may result in said permanent ban being reinstated immediately and with no further chance of appeal.
