Okay, I admit to playing a looping n-word a few times, and in general, muting the mic is probably a sufficient punishment, but muting the chat and banning for 3 days for something I personally don't see anything racist in is probably some kind of paranoia. I will only remind or make the person who banned me aware of what racism is: "belief in the superiority of a race, religion or ethnic group"
in addition, in my opinion my nickname in English is spendthrift jew where spendthrift in my opinion is nothing wrong and I don't think it could offend anyone.

A 3 day punishment duration is in-line with a single first offense, and you yourself have admitted to breaking multiple rules. Micspamming in general is a violation of rule 2:

And of course, having an anti-semetic username which plays into racial stereotypes is also against rule 3. I don't think going into an in-depth explanation as to how spamming racial slurs or using the name "spendthrift jew" is racist is necessary. Warnings and kicks are a courtesy and not required as a prerequisite to any punishment, especially when you have a 1 hour prior mute for similar behavior.
