for context: i joined into the server and immediately shit talked by 2 people for being annoying(?)
im sick and tired of the harassment that is given to me a bunch of the time from this player base; discord, in game and all
and this spaced guy, has been talking shit to me for no reason at all, same with sandwich, though their behavior comes mainly from the discord, but since its off platform its probably fine

i only want an answer is if this behavior is even bannable in the first place, because last time i made a ban request it got ignored for a month and a half

Harassment is absolutely not tolerated on the servers (see rule 3), and if you feel you are being targeted you are right to reach out.

From your previous request, this was the verdict on Spaced:
This behavior doesn't really violate our rules as-is, but if it continues further into an area where they're harassing you or trying to cause trouble, feel free to make another report.

The screenshots here do seem more toxic and directed than those previously, so if you feel like the situation has escalated I encourage you to make another ban request and provide as much evidence as you can. Staff will be able to discuss this further and come to a verdict.

Apologies again for the delay in acknowledgement you experienced last time, it appears you just slipped through the cracks for a response. If you choose to make another request, you should get a follow up in a more timely manner.

It doesn't take a lot of research to realize that CNN is indeed a dogwhistle for "cunny", especially in asian online subcommunities. I encourage staff to research this and have an internal discussion regarding the matter, as there is a legitimate possibility that this individial might be a danger to minors in the community.

Dozer is not being "shittalked for no reason". Dozer is a minor (16) who frequently communicates in a sexual manner with other members of the chat. This presents an obvious and potential legal problem for the server, as it potentially allows minors available to be exploited in a sexual manner on VaultF4 servers. Whilst I have gone about this in a manner similar to hazing and probably should have handled my issues by addressing a moderator, I find it disturbing that Dozer frequently hits on/flirts with people in the server as a minor, which could potentially lead to a situation of either Dozer or someone else being harmed and could end up with the server getting in deep trouble.

As for the CNN comments, it's a sarcastic comment related to the American news network CNN designed to wind up right-wing people. I think a conversation came up about politics or the news, and I said it as a joke. I've never even heard of the word "cunny".

I have never "flirted" with anybody on the server before, what are you even saying? You have actively made your only discussion on the server about how you are muting minors. you have kept on bringing up issues with me just because im under the age of 18 constant times to the point I was getting uncomfortable over it. You started trash talked me over me joining. You are fucking obsessed over me. You constantly talk about me. Fuck off, please, for the love of god.

Talking about people's penises, sex and spamming colon 3 can absolutely be considered flirtatious behaviour within the furry fandom. It makes me and a lot of other people feel uncomfortable (having spoken to others about this issue) and you do not understand how you or another person could get into serious trouble engaging in that behaviour as a minor. There is a reason most furry groups impose a strict 18+ policy, and whilst this is not a furry group, you are engaging in behaviour congruent with the furry fandom in a space primarily filled with 18+ people (given this is a mod for a game that is 18 years old).

I accept I have been rude and mean towards you, and I apologise if I have genuinely hurt your feelings. However, I am operating with a principle of protecting a potentially vulnerable person from serious harm of a sexual nature. Please understand that the hazing comes from a place of actually trying to protect you and others, rather than being mean for the sake of being mean.
 
I have personally never in my time playing TF2C or any other game with Dozer have seen or heard him do literally anything even remotely close to flirting, and the fact that you somehow manage to do the mental gymnastics to interpret him simply talking and being stupid in-game as flirting creeps me out. The only one being weird to a minor here is you by going on this weird holy saviour-complex-fueled crusade, lay off.

I'm sorry that some of my messages come out as "sexual" or whatever. "Protecting" me and constantly talking about me doesn't help shit, and just makes you look like an idiot in the process.
I told you to fuck off MULTIPLE times but you instead muted me, which made me completely incapable of doing that.

Also, you act like you know a bunch about me, I'm NOT a person who counts themselves in the furry community, nor am I comfortable in that type of community.

Within the furry subculture, the behaviours I have listed are considered flirting and/or of a sexual nature. Dozer may not consider himself to be a furry, but this behaviour is congruent with and codes as furry-adjacent, not helped by avatars and sprays that are considered furry/anthropomorphic art. It would be more creepy if I said nothing and allowed it to be normalised on the server.

I think your post comes at it from an outsider looking in at the fandom. That's why I responded as I have, because I didn't want to involve staff (although in retrospect I should have) and tried to disincentive/create distance with the behaviour I engaged in.

With all due respect, that is our job, not yours. You do not need to "haze" for us by screaming at players in text chat and being an outright dick to users. This type of behavior accomplishes nothing positive, and only serves to bully people and make the environment more toxic. Chat messages do not exist in a vacuum and other players can and do end up adding on to bullying in these situations. If you have an issue with a user's messages, you should be reporting them rather than just screaming them down and inviting others to do the same.

Also worth noting, I don't know Dozer really like at all, but his profile image is just art from WillyRodriguezWasTaken, which is a musical project. I've personally heard Dozer say he's not a furry, on the servers, and he has stated the same here. Also, typing ":3" is not flirting.

All right, in that case, I apologise to Dozer and the staff as I didn't handle things in the correct manner. Within the contexts of the furry fandom, in which Dozer seemingly seemed to display a lot of congruence with (through both previous avatars, sprays and behaviour), I was concerned this was an issue in which a minor could be exploited and I treated that as a very serious matter.

I have sent a ban appeal.
