[Resolved] Mute Appeal (again...)

Additional Comments: I have been muted before for the mic spam around 6 months ago

I have been randomly muted in the middle of the day even though I haven't been using the mic or spamming in chat. What I'm assuming the reason for the mute is that I've been leaving some angry comments in Russian after getting unfairly killed with unbalanced team or bad gameplay on my part. I haven't received any warnings from the players or the admins (at least none that I could see) and I also don't know if there are any rules against using foreign languages in chat. Even though I don't use the chat and the mic for communication, I still would want to be able to nominate maps. I understand that from the last time you did say that I would get permanently muted if I'll violate the rules again, but it still feels kind of vague and ambiguous. Additionally, I really like playing on VaultF4 servers and played on them for hundreds of hours and especially with the release of Team Fortress 2 Classified very soon, I'd want to be able to enjoy the game to its fullest. I will not type angry comments in chat again (if that's what the reason is).

At this point in time, your appeal has been rejected, and your permanent communications ban will remain in place. We received information that you had in fact been overall incredibly toxic to other players, and calling other users slurs alarmingly frequently. These behaviors are completely unacceptable and are directly against the rules of our servers as well as the values we hold as a community.

3. No hate speech or harassment is allowed. This includes (but is not limited to) racism, sexism, ableism, homophobia, transphobia, bullying, and use of racial, ethnic, and anti-LGBT slurs. Likewise, glorification of nazis, or use of nazi imagery and symbols, is grounds for an immediate permanent ban.

This behavior, in tandem with the previous 4 silences and 2 mutes that you have amassed on our servers over the years, was what led to the decision for a permanent comms ban. That is a lot of chances to familiarize yourself with our rules, and at this point you really should have known better. You will be able to appeal this decision one year from your initial comms ban, which would be January 23rd, 2027. Any attempts to circumvent this in any fashion will be met with a permanent full ban from our servers, with no chance for appeal.
