Reason(s) you would like to be a member of our staff: Helping out with the influx of players that come with the Steam release, many of whom I expect to be Russian-speaking, and whaddya know, that's my native language. I also have my most comfortable gaming time be the one that currently has the lowest player counts and therefore the most missed active moderation, time slot which I expect to also be played mostly by incoming Russian players. Having this mod be my most played game in the last 2 years, most hours spent on VF4, I adore the safe-space community culture here and would love to help keep it safe for everybody ^^
Anything else you'd like to tell us about yourself: Hi, my name's Niko, commonly known by last name Shens, and I've been playing this sourcemod since late 2023. VF4 has sincerely struck me as the most friendly and safe community I've ever been to early on and it's been really enjoyable to interact with people here. I have had some experience administrating/moderating communities in the past (defunct passion-project Minecraft server of >100 total members (2020-24); gaming youtuber's discord server with ~7000 members at the time (2021/22); many various smaller projects) and have significantly sharpened my moderation theory and practice since then. I understand that by creating this thread and signing my name, that I am applying to Volunteer my time with Vault F4 in the Game Administrator role. As a Game Server admin I would be responsible for keeping the game servers a fun environment. I will spend at least an hour of my time each week on the servers to retain my position as a Game Server admin with Vault F4, and if I do not meet the requirement my admin status will be revoked. I also affirm that everything I have stated in this application is true to the best of my knowledge.

Despite my reputation in the community as a pretty heated person, I've been taking care of my physical and mental health lately enough to curb that behaviour. I promise.
