Hello to everybody !

This morning i have been welcomed by this ban message and truly, I don't know why.

Absolutly zero warning was given and strangely the date of the ban isn't even correct ( looking at the chat system i was still active at 17:42)

Please atleast tell me what i did wrong and if i did infact do something wrong i am apologising in advance. The only thing i can see in the chat rewind is this. This is the only interaction that nova adressed to me and yes at that time it gave me a chill because it was worded so formaly but i didn't think anything out of that






From my perspective I try to be friendly with everybody and had great moment with the new community and mod's team. I have avoided any type of confrontation with every person i met soo... Idk

(crazy thing is I dreamed of that this very night and thought to myself ahhhh it will never happen again lol)

Even funnier is the fact that when i saw Nova joining i was both surprised and happy behind my screen because i didn't saw that name for so long in game (quite ironic to see i am banned now)

I've reviewed the details as best I can, given HLX did not capture the event in question.

Your case obviously has a lot of history which I have not been a part of firsthand. Even though you seem to have shown plenty of improvement since those bans, after your appeal last August you were considered inexcusably aware of the server rules:

However, please do note that your ban will remain on our records and will be taken into account should more violations happen in the future. This is considered your one extra chance; should there be any further issues that violate our server rules, we will be reinstating a permanent ban again.

So the following interaction, which caused the two others (1,2) to get 3 day mutes, instead reinstated your ban:

I'm sure this comes as a disappointment to you; the infraction was a minor one, made worse by the actions of others afterwards, and I'm sure you weren't trying to stir anything up. However, it remains a violation of the rules and therefore the decision to reinstate your ban was not made in error, so your appeal is unfortunately denied.
Since you have already had one permanent ban lifted, I do not expect that any further appeals will be possible in the foreseeable future.

Following some further internal discussion, we will be reconsidering this appeal.
I had misinterpreted how exactly punishments following a successful permanent appeal are to be handled, and thought there were fewer options than there are. We agree that fully re-banning you for this was indeed excessive, and the miscommunication is entirely on me for believing it was the only correct option in the rules.

Secondly, I failed to add some valuable context that your ban history is specifically one of harassing/arguing with devs and admins, otherwise your message wouldn't have carried so much weight for re-instating it. (please find attached)

We are discussing how best to take this forward, and will get back to you soon.

I absolutly agree that it should be reminded what I did. I still stay on my position from 2025, i did horendous and copious amount of shit. Shit that i am absolutly not proud off, its important for people to fully understand the history.

But like said a french singer. "Le soir tard je repense à avant. Nique avant." (go see the translate idk how it would be phrased in english)

On another note...

I am emotional from the support given by many people, it is trully heartwarming to see some care,like me. So whatever the outcome of this is... I thank everybody and ill never forget what you did for me.

I also am heartwarmed by the attention the mod's gave to me in this difficult time. Many server would have trown me without even remotly thinking if their judgment was fair or not.

We have ultimately decided to lift your ban and mark it as expired, since it has been over a week since you received it which exceeds the duration of any punishment we would deem reasonable for this. It will remain on record as a short ban that you have already served while waiting for this appeal, you will be free to play on VaultF4 once that has been carried through.

I'll just briefly explain why it wasn't entirely removed. Despite looking trivial on the surface, your message is reminiscent of the actions you got banned for originally, namely a persistent vocal disrespect of our rules and staff as I described before. With that context, regardless of intention, it is difficult not to perceive calling an admin a "traitor" out of the blue as more than just a playful joke. So we still stand by the reasoning behind some action being taken, even if it was unnecessary for this to fully re-instate your ban. Just let this serve as a reminder that you are still on thin ice, and should be careful when it comes to this subject matter.
