I was playing on the server with two of my friends when I suddenly got banned. I’m not sure what the reason for the ban is, and my friends also don’t know why it happened.

The only thing I can think of is that I might have said something while talking with my friend through voice chat, but it was not meant to be offensive to anyone on the server.

If I did something wrong, I apologize and it was not my intention. I enjoy playing on your server and would appreciate a second chance.

Hi,

You were banned for 3 days for your profile picture. After reviewing the details, we conclude that your appeal is denied and the ban will not be removed from record.

This is an edit of a famous photo of George Floyd, images like this are most commonly used by hateful groups to mock the man's death, and carry overt racist connotations.
As such, no matter what reason you have for it, it's absolutely not tolerated to keep this on your profile in our servers following rule #3.

The 3 day ban has now expired and you will be able to reconnect to our servers, but be warned, if you return to our servers without changing your profile picture, you will undoubtedly incur a second ban of longer duration.

Thank you for the clarification regarding my ban.

I want to apologize for the misunderstanding caused by my profile picture. It was not intended to mock George Floyd or to convey any racist or hateful message. The image was mainly used as part of a joke referencing MMA fighter Tom Aspinall, which is also why my in-game name is "I can't see."

However, I completely understand that without that context the image can be interpreted in a very different and inappropriate way. I respect your rules and your decision regarding this matter.

I will change my profile picture before joining the server again to avoid any further issues. I apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for taking the time to review my appeal.
