To clarify your ban, you were initially kicked from the server for having a pornographic profile image, and then upon review by another moderator, you were found to have also had two prior blocked NSFW sprays which resulted in a 3-day ban when combined with the profile image. You were, unfortunately, on the server after censoring the profile image and being kicked, which I'm sure resulted in some confusion when being banned. Regardless of how long you may have went without being reported,
NSFW content such as porn is very much not allowed on our servers.
What led to your permanent ban, however, was the two evasions afterwards. Ban evasion is, generally speaking, an
immediate permanent ban with no chance for appeal. Bans are expected to be served out in full or appealed here on the forums, and ban evasions tend to show a lack of respect or change in behavior.
However, given the situation and the fairly minor offense, I'm feeling pretty generous and am happy to reduce your ban to a "time served" instead. You will be expected to be well aware of and have reviewed our
server rules. You will be able to play on our servers again as normal, but both of the bans will remain on record and any further violations of rules will result in a reinstated permanent ban once again.
