Thank you for your appeal. We'll review the details of your ban and get back to you, usually within 2-3 days.
 
After reviewing the details of your ban, we have decided to deny your appeal.

Your ban was due to calling a spray of a trans woman "a man with long hair." Given that you have a history of transphobic and toxic behavior with two prior bans for such, and the person in the spray was very obviously a woman, your ban is not in error. In addition, since it is your third offense, the duration of the ban is within our escalation policy, and will not be changed. You are free to submit another appeal on 9/16/2027.

First of all, i did not know they were trans. Second, it was suppose to be a joke about how "women don't play TF2" it was not meant to be a transphobic joke.

Hi, I'm the woman in question chiming in here. You're talked to me before, and you know I'm trans. I'm very open about it. I have used the spray you're talking about before for at least a year, and I know you've definitely seen it before as you've been a regular player for a long time, and have covered my spray before. I was also talking on the voice chat actively at the time you made the comment. I have seen you be transphobic and otherwise bigoted in the past, both on and off the servers, while I was on the mod team. I sincerely doubt that you didn't know this was a shitty thing to say.

We also have quite a lot of women in the TF2C community so I don't really know wtf you're talking about there.
