Ola, I am writing to ask for more details about what caused my permanent ban. This is my very first strike, and if I have offended anyone or broken a rule, I am sorry.

Thanks for your appeal. According to our records, it seems that you were banned due to the following:

1. Admitting to using the voting system for trolling purposes
2. Claiming to be an admin
3. Implying that certain players were pedophiles for their profile pictures
4. Misgendering of players who are (perceived to be) transgender. Specifically saying "can someone call an admin to mute these 'guys'?"

These occurred over the course of multiple days, so this was not an isolated incident. In addition, the quotes around "guys" was interpreted as transphobic harassment of specific players, which triggered the following clause of rule #3:

Clarification on this rule from the addendum in post #3, below:
Anyone caught harassing another player on our servers on basis of race, sex, disability, gender, gender identity, or sexuality will be permanently banned. Appeals for this kind of ban will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
