Ok checked everything and Thank You Very Much Dookie that card is better than both of mine together. i ordered it this morning and its on the way :D

The weird part is if it is an internet issue why is it slowing down EVERYTHING on my computer shouldnt it only be slowing down the game/program that is using the internet?
