I do not overclock my system at all (haven't had a need or desire to). I don't run a FPS counter when I play, but I haven't even noticed FPS changes. So I am probably sitting consistently north of 45FPS

And I am a fan of the Steam Rating system and I think it pretty accurately portrays games and you are able to get a real sense of the game. It has a 89% positive rating. And Steam users are not afraid to write some really scathing reviews and I just haven't seen them except for the AMD issue.

And as soon as you do, get the XPosed installer and XPrivacy. Single best app that any person needs to have. Allows YOU to take control of what information your apps get to see. (assuming you got an android OS phone)
