Based on your knowledge nature, you guys haven't come across one yet. Though you know it should look decided different from the palm trees that dominate the coastline. Plum trees in this part of Golarion would have pink or white leaves.
The time is now late afternoon, you have about 4-5 hours of daylight left. You guys comb over the book until you find something on the inside of the back cover. An invisible arcane mark, two words are written "Plum Tree".
Kiryu and Eko: I have had you guys search the nearest 6 houses as that would take about an hour. The only building of note is the one at DA 32, which also contains more furnishings and full array of farming tools.

Eko: You can determine that it was the casks of wine that were dragged.
Variel: The well has fresh cut stones that still lack weathering, as well as a new rope and bucket.
Variel: You can hear reeching followed by a soft thud as the creature falls partway to the bottom. Based on the sound, you estimate the well is 100-150ft deep with no water at the bottom.
Eko: You are unable to decipher what is written on the sword
Kiryu: You are able to determine it is a +1 Longsword, that is also affected by a Light spell, that is permanent.
The cottage appears in good condition, being the first house you've seen with proper furniture. Underneath the table you find small barrels of wine, each with a symbol burned into the side. You have preciously discerned this is the holy symbol of Erastil. Tucked under the mattress you find...
