I don’t really have any ideas about where to go from here. We could head into the farms and see if there is any food to grab before we head north looking for that survivor. That plum tree might lead us to what caused this, but I think the survivor may be a higher priority. Can you guys think of...
We can walk around the village and look for a plum tree, but my knowledge of the natural world is rather limited. I’m not entirely sure I would recognize that tree.
Kiryu will continue going to the remaining buildings. He will cast detect magic in the ones that have stuff in them and search for books or documents. He is only interested in taking the diary and journals that he finds and will not take other items.
if no one wants the sword, Kiryu will take...
Eko, if you want, we can keep searching the buildings while they read the books. If we come across anything dangerous, we can retreat to the main building .

Did any of the books we found say anything about nearby ruins?
Please add 2 damage to that total. I forgot to add my seance boon.(while channeling the archmage, spells deal 2 additional points of damage of the same type as the spell)
I think we will find the same thing over and over again in these buildings. These people seem to have just left. I'm not sure what magic could have done this, but I strongly suspect that magic was involved.
The trail leads south, so lets go that way. We can take a peek in buildings as we pass...
I got lucky. The stormed moved far enough west that my area was largely missed. Still some threat of storm damage for the next day or so, but the worst of it is over.
