This is surprising as I only have this account and haven't cheated. Maybe it's related to a past ban on another game 546 days ago? Happy to verify my identity if needed. Hoping for a review, thanks!

The information we have seems to suggest an alternate account connected to our servers from your network and was subsequently banned for cheating, hence the ban on your account.

Since I can see you've played on our servers prior to the account that was banned for cheating a false positive is plausible.

Note that I'm not entirely convinced, so for now your ban will remain on record and may be re-instated if we suspect any funny business. I'll fully remove it after some time has passed.

Just give me a shout here to let me know you've seen this and I'll adjust the ban accordingly.
