Additional Comments: i was banned for ban evasion before and i was unbanned because i guess my ISP gave me a black listed ip. is that what happened this time or was i banned for a reason? i dont remember ever actually getting banned 2 years ago so i dont know if i did anything.
 
Sorry about that. Since the original bans are still on file with us the IP address is still checked against even though it's not explicitly blacklisted.

This ban was issued 2 years ago and since then I'd like to think we've made some improvements on how we handle suspected evasions, so I really hope this doesn't happen again.
