Additional Comments: I am not quite exactly sure why i was banned for Racism/hate speech since it's kind of been long ago but i cannot recollect saying anything near a slur that would make me elligble to be banned permanently for Racism/Hate Speech. what i would assume is that my profile picture at the time was Rei Ayanami (Neon Genisis: Evangelion) that had a hat on which had the Confederate Battle Flag on it which may have been the reason but there also wasn't any demos or even screenshots added to my ban so i really wouldn't know. if it was because of that i want to say that i meant no harm with that and it was only supposed to be a simple joke pfp than anything serious.

On review of your appeal, in addition to your profile picture you were also found to have used several sprays on our servers which either violated our rules on hate speech, had racist themes, or were sexually suggestive.

No hate speech or harassment is allowed. This includes (but is not limited to) racism, sexism, ableism, homophobia, transphobia, bullying, and use of racial, ethnic, and anti-LGBT slurs. Likewise, glorification of nazis, or use of nazi imagery and symbols, is grounds for an immediate permanent ban.

We do not allow sprays with pornography, overly sexualized images, or ANYTHING including genitalia. We also do not allow sprays that violate rule 3, have excessive gore or harmful links.

Your ban appears to be consistent with our published policies and as it does not appear to have been issued in error, it will be eligible for appeal one year from the date it was issued, namely 06-08-2025. At that point you are welcome to make a new appeal and may be granted a second chance.
