I'm banned in the discord due to arguin with a nazi-sympathizer. I can not install the game's new update and am experiencing issues, yet i can not access the channel needed to get help.

Unfortunately, we do not handle moderation for the discord server, as that is handled by the developers directly. As such, we cannot handle your appeal, and there is no viable route for you to take to appeal your discord ban that I know of.
