It's likely your ban is even older than the 13 years listed on sourcebans! Most of the bans listed on this date were a bulk import from a previous ban list.
By this point we rather have to assume the original ban wasn't in error since there is no proper record from its original date. Regardless, we consider this more than enough time to grow and change as a person and are happy to lift your ban.

As standard practice, this means you are now fully aware of our rules, so if you are banned again, you may not be eligible for another appeal. I sincerely doubt this will be a problem for you now though.
