Reason for Ban Request: Player used slurs at two points.

Additional Comments: Apologies for the long run times of the video, but I did not want to edit them in case that had affected this process in anyway. They also did a really exaggerated Jamaican accent a few times, however they said they were of descent and It seems like It wasn't done out of mockery/hate.

then what need was there for a report? i wasn't racist, and both the f and r word describe things i have/identify with. it wasn't okay of me to say those words regardless, but i suspect you reported me because you lost an argument you started. not to mention all the lying you did about who you were to make me seem like a loser, which didn't work :3

anyways, appealing my 3 day chat ban. much love to the mods. no hateful intent was behind the accents, neither the usage of the slurs as they are often used against myself, though the slurs weren't okay, and the accent was very debatably offensive.

I know that I most likely should not be replying to you due to fact I reported you - and that you are probably not meant to be replying in this thread anyways, however I wanted to clear something up. I believe you have me confused with someone else, I'm not G2 Esports | Hova. I didn't talk to you directly, I believe the only time I said anything to you was "Yes". If you look at the provided two videos, you can see that them and I are separate people. I don't even know them, nor had any inclination to "defend" them.

I'll close this out as resolved since it appears one of our staff issued a ban some time before this thread was even posted.

Please note we do not accept "I am X so I can say Y" as an excuse for the usage of slurs or other derogatory language in our servers - since we can not verify those claims, and because we have a wide variety of players with any number of backgrounds/life experiences, (meaning they may not be as comfortable with usage of such terms as you are) our stance is that nobody gets to say those words.

As such I suspect that if you do make an appeal, it is unlikely to be successful, especially given that a duration of 3 days is typical for any first infraction mute in order to serve as a warning.
