I set an alarm to wake the computer everyday in the BIOS. When I restarted the computer it just sat at the motherboard brand screen. I went back into the BIOS to turn the alarm off. Then the computer went passed the MOBO screen, but it said Windows was messed up and to reinstall it. I went into the boot manager and it had made my External HDD the priority 1 device. I had to change my internal HDD back to priority 1 and then it worked.
