[FoF] Client and Dedicated Server Update - August 26

Added:
- weapon models and weapon reskins by Tigg: Colt Navy, Peacemaker, sawed-off shotgun (skin), bowie knife, bow, Smith carbine, Henry rifle, coachgun (skin). Note this is a preview, to use these weapons you must opt-in into a new beta branch called "alt_weapons"
- map fof_cripplecreek by RedYager
- Chinese translation by Saalistaj
- Updated Swedish translation by Woozie

Fixed:
- crash when pressing certain keys and weapon selection menu is open
- simple text MOTD not being displayed properly

Balanced:
- bow damage decreased over distance

New map + new guns!
