Added:
- round timer and progress score for push the cart maps. If time runs out, winner is decided by progress score. These additions prevent endless rounds
Fixed:
- Selecting a language in Steam/game properties now also takes effect in main menu. Thanks to Psychonic for his awesome fix
- auto-kick swaps players to spectator unless server is full. Source TV isn't kicked anymore.
- buy menu allows to click on dynamite item despite player having not enough cash
