Added:
- HUD element that showcases alive players in teamplay game mode

Fixed:
- Teamplay game mode crashing Linux based servers
- chain reaction explosion not happening sometimes

Balanced:
- slightly quicker hand to fanning position

Changed:
- tp_riobravo: minor improvements
