Added:
- map tp_loothill: a teamplay/elimination oriented map based off the classic fof_loothill by Leon Kilean
- team scrambling [Teamplay]. Use fof_sv_scrambleteams to enable/disable and fof_sv_scrambleteams_maxkillratio to set the ratio 'team kills/total kills' that triggers a scramble
- bot support for Teamplay mode, still work in progress
Fixed:
- 'super jump' exploit
- a server crash issue
Balance:
- [Teamplay] $175 cash limit added
- [Teamplay] Weapon cost: low tier guns are a tad less expensive, mid and top tier guns cost more (around +$5/+$15)
