- Portuguese translation by seg_elyte
- Swedish translation by Woozie
- Crosshair thickness cvar (fof_ch_thickness) and hide dot (fof_ch_drawdot). Also available in Options/Multiplayer/Advanced
- Cvar to always show health (fof_health_always_show) and to show numeric value instead graphic (fof_health_numeric). Also available in Options/Multiplayer/Advanced
