As with another user, you were muted for this against Shens.
The term is a derogatory one, and whether you meant it or not, this whole interaction with everyone joining in makes this very insulting to a staff member who was quite literally in the server with you.
As for the appeal, the mute has already elapsed. We rarely fully remove something from record unless it was erroneous, so there is nothing more to do here.
