Added:
- Default server_blacklist file. Blacklisted servers include all those named 'NeoCoreGaming', as this host use highly undesiderable methods such as faking player counts or playing several ads in the background. Also note that servers breaking competitive fairness with pay-to-win features may also get banned in a future.
Changed:
- Players won't cast shadows for the moment, as they bleed through the brush geometry
Fixed:
- Players dropping and acquiring new guns without limit, while their frag count is still 0
Balanced:
- Pump Shotgun: -10% total damage, slightly higher damage decrease rate over distance, -10% rate of fire
- Henry rifle: +1 notoriety
