Freezetag getting a dedicated server!

So... Freezetag will be getting its own server 24/7, and if all goes well, it will be bumped up from 24 to a 32 man.

Now we will have a moment of silence and play taps for its fallen brother, CS:S, who was sacrificed in its cause.
