Changed the options offered by the Fight Manager in the Queen's Gauntlet:
The options now display the fights you’ve unlocked as opposed to the fights you’ve beaten.
By default, they will display the Halmi fight, the first fight.

Clicking “OK” in the overflow pop-up notification no longer causes the Wallet panel to open.
World Versus World
WvW jumping puzzles now correctly award Badges of Honor.
Performance
Fixed an effect loading bug.
Set the Effect LOD option to be enabled by default.
