How to make a server?

Hi all,
I've been wanting to make a server in TF2C ever since i heard 2.0 was out. The problem is, I cant seem to find any documentation on server setup.
I would like to know where to find a linux server download and what version of srcds I would need to run it with. If possible, please provide links!
