[New] I paid for supporter and it's taken awhile to readd my perks

It looks like Paypal is having some issues reaching our systems. This may be caused by some changes we made this morning in order to combat what appears to be a significant number of bots scraping content from our site. I've made some further changes that I think should correct this, Paypal will try again shortly.

Since it seems to be taking a while for the retry I've manually bumped things on my end to grant your perks while we wait for the system to process. You should see it start taking effect soon.
