If it's possible I would be for having a mandatory waiting period before new accounts can make a post. Looking back the only time I can remember when it wasn't a troll posting on a new acct was for one of the hearthstone tournaments.

Not hard to do, though even those posts are pretty rare. I'd wager they'd probably just wait out the period before posting.

Better option might be to just moderate the first post or two of each user... give our mods something to do
