Steam Tags is the newest thing for the Steam Store. This allows for users to add tags they feel are appropriate to the games they own or see on the store. The users can also search for games based off of a set of tags.
There are cases so far where some trolling is going on though, as it is for a new system (look at Wolfenstein 3D as a good example).
This is a good thing though, and will help look for decent games in the store with how many items are in the store. Now for the bugs to be ironed out...
