Hey folks!
We're going to be looking to do some maintenance on our physical NA server infrastructure this coming weekend. Unfortunately this means we'll need to take our NA servers offline for an extended period while the physical machine is being serviced. Given the nature of what we'll be doing it is difficult to provide a detailed time frame - at minimum the time has come to do a bit of de-cluttering and a fresh OS install on the box (could take several hours, accounting for taking backups, doing the install, re-configuring, and restoring data) and in addition we're seeing some signs one of the memory modules on the server might be failing so I'd like to take the opportunity to run a memory check and have our provider service the machine if necessary (potentially another couple of hours for the check, no idea how long a support incident would take to resolve).
I'll try to have things back as quickly as possible, and apologies in advance for the inconvenience; I'm not a fan of downtime but better we address this on a schedule.
