This is a brilliant idea, to use fog machines in conjunction with Kinect to keep track of a person's hand. This interface also uses a fog screen to show private information such as a player's card they are looking at, or a design.
Objects can be manipulated outside of the screen either on the surface or in the air. 3D objects are displayed using a dual projector setup and projecting into the fog.
