I'll admit that I was an ass. At the time, TF2C was about the only moment of leisure I was having as I was going through a long period of isolation and self-doubt. Change of treatment for various things, and my head was just not right most of the time. I was definetely an asshole multiple times and I regret just about everything I ever did there. I took this game way too seriously and as a result, I got mad much too often. All this not to use my mental health as an excuse, because my God it is not. I deserved that punishment.

I took the muting in stride, and kept playing anyway. I think it helped me relax, made me look back on my behavior and permitted me to find new ways to enjoy the game in a different way. Nowadays, I can guarantee I no longer get angry at the game. Even managed to find some new friends on your servers through my antics. Made me appreciate TF2C in a new way. But I've come to desire to speak again. I do believe myself changed, and I hope that you will allow me one more chance after all this time.

I make the oath of never raising my voice again, and to never ever hurt anyone I come across on the servers again.

I apologise for the delay in getting back to you - I basically dropped the ball and this completely slipped my mind. It's not an excuse, but my explanation is that the last few weeks have been pretty hectic/busy for me trying to sort out a potential move and new place to live.

Given the age of the original ban, I think we are willing to make a concession and offer you a second chance, or your one and only "get out of jail free" card.

This means that while the ban will be lifted, it will remain on record and may be taken into consideration should there be any future issues. In essence, we reserve the right to reinstate the permanent ban if we feel that the problem has not been resolved, and a reinstated ban is not eligible for appeal.

Please reply and confirm you've understood this stipulation and then I will go ahead and adjust the ban.
