[Acknowledged] Players wasting slots instead of playing

Reason for Ban Request: In the final few minutes of the game, both players spent the time in spawn taunting over and over instead of playing the game. Bit of a pisstake when the server's full. When challenged the first player joked that they weren't wasting a slot.

Didn't catch a demo because it takes way more than enough time to type all this out etc.
If I may ask, when will votekick return to the TF2C servers?

Thank you for your report. I'll look into it and take appropriate action. We don't currently have any plans to reinstate votekick because everyone who submits a false report likely would have called a vote kick instead, preventing someone from playing the game without a good reason. While unfortunately our moderators are human, it's a good solution and prevents people from falsely getting kicked and prevented from playing the game.
