Where are the servers. Are they still down because of the exploit?

They're up, but nobody plays them. Mostly because of the exploit AND the fact that they don't show up in the server browser.If you still want to play the game every other day, go join this group: http://steamcommunity.com/groups/TF2CPlayasIt's focused on making events every other day so people will join. Around 4-10 people join every event.
