[2.0.0 Beta 1] TF2 Classic Updator

When using the tf2c updater, if you choose to redownload something, it forces you to use 7-zip, even though I have win-rar.
 
Not sure if this is actually a bug or just not implemented, cause' I don't want to have 2 compressed file openers...
