Reason for Ban Request: User abusing spectator mode to force an autobalance. Even if they sometimes rejoin the losing team their actions still cause an autobalance.
It might be because they want to wipe dominations. But even then you can disable viewing dominations in the TF2C settings so

Also is there a better, more discreet way to make reports? It's a pain to have to alt tab out of the game and be a burden to my team as I type this out.

You could do Other, though I believe that might fall under Griefing/Gameplay Disruption. I'd also recommend adding a /reply as well to briefly describe what's happening to help give us context so we can take appropriate action. Generally speaking, adding a /reply or two for context on any report helps a lot!

Strangely, you did not contact me directly, as an adult to an adult. Let me remind you that this is an 18+ game, and such behavior is the norm of communication between adults.
Instead, you spent your time, my time and admins time on solving this issue.

PS I used auto-balance only in two cases - when I was moved after auto-balance and to strengthen my team (I return to the "losing" team, as you mentioned)

I admit that I did not know about this point of the server rules.
