It is looking like the performance issues on VPS3 have been resolved, and the original EU standard (and a new EU randomizer) server are now up and running.
The former EU Exclusive (temporarily made a Standard server during the outage) will likely be configured to mirror our US "Weekly custom maps" server in the near future so that our EU denizens have something similar locally - stay tuned!
