Were you trying to upload or link an image? Because both worked fine for me. When you upload you either drag and drop the bottom thumbnail where it says it uploaded, or you click one of the buttons. You have the option of making it a thumbnail or the full image.

With links you just do the usual image link of course. Or tags. Tags also work.
