and does someone knows a valuable replacement for my cpu ? i have a 4k tv doesnt really help the viewer

there are no good upgrade paths from a 9400f because the 9000 series is the best your socket (LGA1151) can handle. you're better off with a whole new computer at this point. get something like a 5700x3d

EU-1 Standard has some lag or packet loss. I have 27 ping and i get teleported backwards sometimes or grenades don't register at all
 
try net_graph 4 and send a readout if you can

ok extracted the image. Only weird thing I'm seeing is the packet payload seems to be spiking very regularly
