more like it came to the point where if you openly admitted to looking for a certain item you would invoke the rage of everyone else playing :P but id say do the wild west style as suggested small central area for spawning and rest do as you please :3

just to point something out on that an idle ftb server setup properly takes up 580mb and at 20 people takes up 1.9gb and after 4 months of people on that server the map itself was 3.8gb with an area explored that would take you 6 hours to walk from west to east and 4 hours from north to south...
